Returns and exchanges


Return of Defective / Faulty / Incorrect products received
  • Please inform the Customer Service Team at admin@jumpingbabyjacks.com upon receipt of such product(s) and these product(s) as a whole (not the defective part alone, as we do not stock separate individual parts to a product) should be delivered back to us within 10 working days from date of delivery.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/faulty/incorrect within 3 working days, upon receipt and verification from us. This is subject to availability of stock on hand. We will reimburse normal postage for defected / faulty / incorrect item(s) sent. Should there be no stock available at the time of exchange, customers can keep credit until the next shipment arises or use the credit for an upgrade of product. 
  • No cash refund policy.
  • Jumping Baby Jacks will not be liable should you purchase our product(s) from any third party. We will not entertain any such request for exchange.
  • Each separate part of Jolly Jumper has been tested thoroughly before being released. Jumping Baby Jacks and the manufacturers stand behind their product but will not accept responsibility for accidents due to careless installation or application.
Exchange of Products
  • Products are only exchangeable if they have been defective and faulty. Jumping Baby Jacks reserves the right to disallow exchanges based on management's discretion.
  • For Jolly Jumper with Door Clamp, customers can upgrade to the Jolly Jumper with Stand, paying the difference of pricing between these products. Customers should inform Jumping Baby Jacks of possible upgrade beforehand, and exchanges are only allowed within 10 working days of delivery. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
